- Endurance and patience is a must. Some individuals tend to become bored or disenchanted at the fact that nothing happens or happens right away. Ghosts/Spirits do not act on command.
- We look at how serious the individual is about the paranormal. One must not be in it for the thrill.
- FGT observes and listens to those that display the ability to want to learn how it all works. FGT is a serious organization and is operated as such.
- Being a team player means that an individual assists their group or team when needed and would not hesitate to do so.
